Step 3: House Clearance takes place

Once everything is agreed, dates will be booked in to commence the House and Rubbish Clearance – which often takes around 1-3 days depending on the size of the job and the location. Our friendly and professional team will then clear the property! Pictures will be taken before and after and sent to yourselves to ensure completion of the job. Then we will hand the keys back to yourselves or the estate agents. Then a digital invoice will be sent and just like that, all done!
